Heather Brady, LMT Massage therapy is a blessing in my life. There are many reasons that I feel the draw to this field, but to be honest I love to help others feel better both mentally and physically. I have always enjoyed the holistic approach to life and now I am enjoying it every day. I sincerely believe that massage should be a part of everyones life. I have been a massage therapist for over 5 years having received my degree from the Deep Muscle Therapy School in Delaware and then my license from the State of Delaware. My fields of study were Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Reflexology and Hot Stone massage. In my education, I am most proud of the Myofacsial Release certification which I earned from the John Barnes Institute. I specialize in Myofacsial Release and Deep Tissue techniques of massage. In getting to know me, you will learn that when I am not working in a massage session, I love spending time with my daughter, getting massaged, running, hiking, swimming and spending time at the beach. As an avid runner, I participated in a 26 mile marathon at the end of October 2007 in beautiful Dublin, Ireland. I finished the race in less time than I thought I would and had a GREAT TIME!
